-The self contained ground floor self catering apartment is  a peaceful relaxing place, an ideal spot to 'get away from it all'

-The well proportioned sitting room which has a South facing aspect is comfortably and tastefully furnished

-The bedroom, with en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath), can be made up either as a twin or double bedded accommodation

-The kitchen is equipped to make light work of the daily chores having an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer as well as the usual crockery, cooking utensils etc

-To catch up with the news, or your favourite "soap" a TV,  DVD player  are there for your use together with a telephone, to keep in touch with your friends and family

-Pets - one small well behaved dog is welcome, but we are located in working farmland and it must be kept on a lead at all times. The dog must not be left unaccompanied in, or around, the property.

-Towels, bedding and table linen are all provided.

-Electricity and central heating are included

-It  is a non-smoking house.

-Give us just a few days notice and groceries can be supplied for your arrival

-In fact just about all you need to bring is yourself!
